I work with individuals and couples who are navigating grief, identity shifts, intimacy challenges, relationship transitions, and the quiet ache of wanting life to feel different than it does.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, sex-positive clinician, and I honor all the ways people love, connect, question, rebuild, and heal. Whether you’re mourning a person, a relationship, a former version of yourself, or the future you thought you’d have, therapy is a place where you don’t have to carry the weight alone.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your autonomy. Together, we explore your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment—unraveling patterns, making meaning, easing shame, and strengthening your sense of agency. I support clients working through desire discrepancies, sexual shame, pain or avoidance around intimacy, non-monogamy, kink exploration, and the ways grief or trauma can settle into the body and reshape connection.

In our work, you set the pace. My role is to help you feel grounded, understood, and capable of creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are becoming.
