Katie Etchart (she/her)

LMFT, M.A.

I believe therapy is most meaningful when it feels authentic, collaborative, and rooted in genuine connection. Together, we'll explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape how you move through the world.

My approach is warm, relational, and honest. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, childhood wounds, shame, and emotional overwhelm. I’m especially drawn to attachment work and helping clients better understand themselves and their relationships.

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

Before joining All Parts Therapy, I supported individuals, couples, and families across outpatient and private practice settings including The Briggs Institute, Lipscomb Family Therapy Center, and Tennessee Prison Outreach Ministry.

SPECIALTIES

My areas of clinical interest include childhood wounds and attachment, couples therapy and communication skills, sex and sex therapy, anxiety, shame, and self-criticism, and emotional processing through experiential therapy.

Master of Marriage and Family Therapy with specialization in Play Therapy, Lipscomb University

Bachelor of Arts in Entertainment Industry Studies, Minor in Music Business, Belmont University
