My goal as your therapist is to create a safe space where you feel both comfortable and brave while growing, sharing, and expressing yourself. I certified in and specialize in sex therapy, helping individuals and couples reignite their sexual spark, tackle sexual dysfunction, or create sexual understanding. I enjoy helping people identify and confront patterns that are no longer working for them, whether it's to navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, phase of life, or sexual issues. I want to help you understand your past and guide you towards becoming the very best version of yourself. I use Adlerian, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies paired with evidence-based interventions.

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to starting All Parts Therapy Group, I worked with clients from all walks of life facing a wide range of mental, emotional, and relational problems in agency, academic, and private practice settings such as Nashville Therapy Group, Lipscomb University Counseling Center, Nashville Collaborative Counseling, and Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Clinic. Gottman level 1 trained. Certified Sex therapist from American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapist (AASECT).

SPECIALTIES

My areas of special interest include: sexual issues, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem and self-worth issues, LGBTQIA+, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and family of origin exploration.

OUTSIDE OF THERAPY

When I'm not practicing, I like to spend time with my two kids, partner, and many animals (horse, donkeys, dogs). I enjoy reading (but not therapy books) and watching lots of TV. Though I’ve lived in Boston & Los Angeles, I circled back to my hometown of Nashville over 10 years ago. I used to play in punk bands while growing up in the Nashville area and previously worked in non-profit arts management and music for film/tv in both LA and Nashville.

Rates: $200 individuals/$250 couples

Availability: In person or virtual, Tuesdays-Thursdays. Sessions starting at 8:30AM & Last session @ 1:30. Both 50 min & 80 Min sessions available.
