Sarah Williams (she/her)

LPC-MHSP, M.A.

I believe therapy is a shared, relational journey—where every part of you is seen, heard, and valued. I draw on emotion-focused, somatic, and experiential methods to illuminate the spaces where you feel stuck and help you move toward new, life-affirming experiences.

I’m particularly passionate about couples and relationship work. Together, we’ll uncover the painful patterns keeping you disconnected, and gently replace them with compassion, safety, and mutual understanding. Whether you’re seeking deeper emotional closeness, more satisfying intimacy, or navigating a difficult separation, I consider it an honor to support you through that process.

My work with individuals often centers on rebuilding your life after destructive relationships. I also enjoy exploring the intersection of therapy and spirituality—especially when clients are wrestling with questions related to purity culture, personal faith, or identity. My goal is to help you rediscover freedom, resilience, and healthier ways of connecting—with yourself and others.

Clinical Experience

Prior to joining All Parts Therapy Group, I provided telehealth counseling in a small private practice, serving individuals, couples, and families. I also have experience working in church counseling centers and a community mental health clinic—where I developed a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach.

Education

M.A. in Professional Counseling, Richmont Graduate University

B.A. in Psychology, King University

A Bit About Me

When I’m not in session, life with our blended crew of teenagers keeps me busy—soccer games, pickleball, theater productions, driving lessons, and all things teenager! I’m grateful to share this season with my husband, and I also love reading, playing board games, and visiting new places.
