Therapy with me is a space to come home to yourself — at your own pace, in your own way. I don’t believe in “fixing” or “getting it right.” Healing is messy, relational, and deeply human. It happens in connection, through curiosity, consent, and care.

I’m a sober, queer, disabled, and neurodivergent therapist, and my work is shaped by my lived experience. I can understand what it’s like to move through the world carrying both resilience and exhaustion, wanting to feel grounded but unsure where to start. In our work together, we’ll explore what safety, rest, and belonging can look like for you — honoring the parts of you that have worked hard to survive.

My practice welcomes all identities, bodies, and relationship structures. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, and those navigating medical trauma, chronic illness and pain, substance use and recovery, eating and body image challenges, and relational struggles. I also work with clients processing non-sexual assault trauma and PTSD, anxiety and panic, depression, OCD, and major life transitions.

My approach is curious and collaborative. I don’t pretend to have all the answers; instead, we’ll make sense of things together. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from your body, burnt out by expectations, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I offer a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

Approach

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Narrative, systemic, mindfulness-based CBT, and Exposure work. I use these frameworks fluidly, letting your needs guide the process. Sessions are built around curiosity, consent, and compassion — meeting you where you are, not where you “should” be.

Education

I earned my Master’s in Social Work at Indiana Wesleyan University and became licensed in 2024. Over the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of communities, including houseless individuals, people in crisis, those involved in the juvenile justice and DCS systems, folks in substance use recovery, foster care, community mental health, and private practice settings.

Hobbies

Outside of therapy, I can often be found pet sitting (so you might meet a furry visitor during session), playing video games, spending time with my community, supporting queer and sober events, or bingeing reality TV. I love small joys, switching up my routine, and occasionally working from new locations, so your virtual sessions might come with a change of scenery.
