Bailey Basham (she/her)
LMSW
I believe people grow best where they feel truly seen, understood, and safe enough to explore what’s happening beneath the surface. In my work with clients, I bring warmth, curiosity, and respect for the pace that feels right for you, creating a collaborative and compassionate environment.
My approach is relational and client-centered, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Somatic Experiencing to foster deeper connection with the body and inner experience. I integrate practical skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy alongside Coherence Therapy principles to uncover and transform the emotional truths that may be keeping you stuck.
At the heart of my work is my goal of helping you understand yourself more fully, so you can move through life with greater clarity, self-compassion, and empowerment.
Clinical Experience
Before joining All Parts Therapy, I spent 3 years working with individuals, families, and groups in a community mental health setting. I currently split my time between All Parts and a small private practice in my hometown of Winchester, where I continue to see individuals and families, as well as couples recovering from infidelity and challenging emotional/communication cycles.
Approach
I am particularly passionate about supporting others through grief. This might look like healing from the passing of a loved one or cherished pet, the ache of growing up with emotionally immature or unavailable parents, living in the shadow of unmet needs, facing the loss of a relationship or dream, or navigating the changes that come with shifts in identity, health, or life direction.
I also work with those grieving the complex losses that can accompany religious trauma — including the loss of community, belonging, or a once deeply held sense of meaning. I strive to practice from an anti-racist, anti-ableist, neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and HAES perspective.
